NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CA-002005 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-KS2, is Plaintiff and Jamilah Taylor; Unknown Spouse of Jamilah Taylor, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Kevin Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 56 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE WEST 4 FEET OF LOT 8, PART ONE OF A RESUBDIVISION OF ADDITION 2, FORT MYRS ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3756 Edison Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida 33916
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
