NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-006410, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TH MSR Holdings LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY DAVID BLAZEN, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KEVIN BRENNAN A/K/A KEVIN C. BRENNAN AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN BRENNAN A/K/A KEVIN C. BRENNAN DEBRA BRENNAN are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 5th day of November 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 87 and 88, Block 1349, CAPE CORAL UNIT 18, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 96 through 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
