NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 25, 2026 and entered in Case No. 26-001476-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ITHINK FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A IBM SOUTHEAST EMPLOYEES’ CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and RODERICK H. CRADIT, JR.; ANN M. CRADIT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BOCA CIEGA POINT EAST THIRTEEN CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on 14th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1816 OF BOCA CIEGA POINT EAST THIRTEEN, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3945, PAGE(S) 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
