YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently in the City of St. Petersburg, which is located in Pinellas County, Florida, and which is more fully described as:
Lot #112, BROOKSIDE MOBILE MANOR, 4150 - 66TH STREET NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33709, for a term of ninety-nine (99) years unless sooner terminated; together with all of Assignors interest in and to Lot #112, Parcel ID#06-31-16-12100-000-1120, and the corresponding Stock Certificate and all of Assignors’ interest in the common expenses and common surplus of equity ownership in BROOKSIDE MOBILE MANOR, 4150 - 66TH STREET NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33709, together with the mobile home situated thereon described as a 1973 GRAY mobile home, with VIN #16198, and Title #11143011.
This action has been filed against you as the Defendant, and you are required
to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10823 70th Avenue North, Seminole, FL 33772, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, on or before 30 Days after 1st Publication, 2026, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
