NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Default Judgment for In Rem Foreclosure dated September 9, 2026, entered in the above-captioned action, 24-000930-CI, wherein Thao N. Pham and Thi M. Duong are the Plaintiffs, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 15, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
