NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II entered on September 2, 2026 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 8, Block 4, WESTMINSTER PLACE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 21, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., conducted electronically online at the following website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
