NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 25th day of September A.D., 2025, in the cause wherein, Leroy Goffer was plaintiff(s) and Kevin Wells, personally, and Wells Builders L.L.C., were defendant(s), being Case No. 2016-CA-1949-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Kevin Wells a/k/a Kevin Sherrod Wells, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
