1. RULE TITLE: EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN 6Hx23-1.23

SUMMARY, PURPOSE, AND EFFECT: The proposed changes to the Rule will change the title of the Rule to Emergency Management Framework and update the Rule to reflect St. Petersburg College’s current comprehensive, program-based approach to emergency management, including preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation.

2. RULE TITLE: POLICE DEPARTMENT 6Hx23-1.24

SUMMARY, PURPOSE, AND EFFECT: The proposed new Rule will establish the St. Petersburg College Police Department.

SPECIFIC AUTHORITY: 1001.64(2), (4), & (23); 1012.88, F.S.
LAW IMPLEMENTED: 1012.88, F.S.

3. RULE TITLE: HONORS COLLEGE 6Hx23-4.65

SUMMARY, PURPOSE, AND EFFECT: The proposed change to the Rule will change the title of the Rule to Honors Program.

SPECIFIC AUTHORITY: 1001.64(2) & (4), F.S.
LAW IMPLEMENTED: 1000.21, 1001.64(6), 1001.02, 1001.03, F.S.; SBE Rule 6A-14.030, F.A.C.

DURING THE RULE DEVELOPMENT STAGE, CONSIDERATIONS MAY BE GIVEN TO CHANGES, ADDITIONS, AND/OR DELETIONS OF ANY PART OF THESE RULES AS MAY BE RECOMMENDED.
